Saturday karaoke went until close, and the place had a classy, exciting feel. I can’t compare it with how it used to be, but what it is now was more than I could have imagined. Bean bags are a luxury you don’t find at most night spots. Worth the hour drive for me, and I’d recommend coming from Melbourne or beyond. Well done, Stu, I knew to expect great things.

Everyone was so lovely, especially mel, tip her! The bartenders are amazing and make you feel right at home. Come here for a good time, this place is awesome.

The steak was perfect, and the veg was nicely seasoned without being overcooked. Staff were polite, and they’ve done a terrific job with the reno's, especially for a place that’s just opened. Can’t really ask for better. Keep it up!

We left hungry and disappointed after planning our Saturday around the Facebook post saying the kitchen was open until 2.30pm. We woke our toddler early from his nap and drove 25 minutes, hoping to order late lunch around 2pm. At 2.02pm we were told the kitchen had closed at 2pm. No one offered to check with the chef; they just suggested buying a packet of chips from behind the bar. I understand closing times matter, but there wasn’t even an attempt to double check. Across the road, Tattersall's had also closed its kitchen at 2pm, but they still put our order through at 2.15pm, which we really appreciated. We won’t be back and will take our business somewhere it feels welcome.

The ribs were amazing, full of flavour and just right. The fish in the fish and chips was tiny and didn’t feel worth the price, though it was still super yummy. Beautiful place and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely return!
