Comfort Inn Foster

The room was in good condition and the location was convenient, but the service and amenities let us down over the Australia Day long weekend, from Saturday to Monday. At check-in we found out there'd be no room service on Sunday, so we got no fresh towels, bed-making or garbage collection. We also ran out of toiletries, which was frustrating on a holiday. We'd booked for three people, and the room could sleep four, but there were only enough plates, cups and cutlery for two. When I asked for more, the staff seemed surprised, which didn't make sense. There was a fridge and microwave but no table to eat at. The hotel itself was fine, but the lack of service and attention to detail made the stay much less enjoyable than we'd expected.

We didn't stay overnight, just came for a family dinner. The food was very good, better than the local pub. There was a small issue with the Pannawonica cotta, but they swapped it out without any fuss. Worth stopping in for a meal.

The staff were friendly, the location was amazing, and the room was great for our night there. There's a restaurant on site too, with really good food. I'd definitely stay here again.

The meal in the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were really friendly. Our room had been recently updated and was spotless. Best butter chicken I've ever had!
