We had a really enjoyable time in Foster and would consider staying here again. The rate was around half what similar places nearby cost, and felt fair for the peak of summer, though the park was very quiet. The whole area seemed slow, and maybe the weather played a part. The caravan could have been cleaner, with dirty floors and some grime in the shower, but nothing that worried us.

The location is handy for walking to the shops, and we enjoyed the pub meals. The park itself needs a serious tidy up, with old unused caravans scattered around. The shower and toilet block was so bad I didn't even want to go in. I wouldn't recommend it if you need to use the toilets or showers.

Foster is a lovely town, with welcoming people, lots of shops and some excellent cafés, and getting there from here is quick. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the place was quiet and peaceful. The amenities are a little dated, but they're clean and work fine.

We stayed four nights on spacious powered grass sites and had a great time. The facilities are a bit run down, as other reviews say, but that was part of the fun for us. The shower was super hot with great pressure. We cooked up a storm in the camp kitchen, and enjoyed chatting with the owner and friendly residents. We also met other travelers in their 20s and 30s who were camping. Foster is beautiful, and everything's within walking distance of the park. We'd definitely come back. Love from Tassie!

It's a sweet spot right in the middle of town, even if the facilities are a little old. The manager was lovely, welcoming and helpful. You can quickly get onto the Grreat Southern Rail Trail and cycle to Toora, Fish Creek, Agnes falls and beyond.
