The buffet breakfast was a great choice, with well-prepared food. Kitchen staff kept checking and refreshing it with a level of care I haven't seen in a long time. Service was lovely throughout. Right in the middle of town, the hotel has a great location, and the rooms are clean, newly fitted out, and well arranged. Their look suits the hotel's age. It was a wonderful stay, and this will be the only place we stay when we return to Toowoomba.

I've stayed here twice on my recent trip to Australia and was happy with the rooms both times. On the second visit I tried the breakfast buffet, and everything was fresh. The sausages and bacon weren't greasy, and the eggs were poached just how I like them. The rooms were quiet, the beds comfy, and the bathrooms clean.

We've had less than great customer service at the front desk before, but this time lovely Lynda was such a pleasure to talk with yesterday and today. The breakfast crew girls were friendly and really helpful too. Thanks for a wonderful stay. ❤️☺️

I stayed in room 304. It was really pokey and very overpriced, so I'll stay elsewhere next time. There was an iron but no ironing board, and the curtains let the early sun in. The bed was okay, but don't expect a comfortable mattress topper. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming and not worth the money. There are much better cafes an easy walk away. I ordered salmon through room service for dinner, and it was so dry. It came on top of what I think was mashed potatoes, but it looked like vomit, pasty and cold. The front-end staff weren't very welcoming either.

Every department and staff member gave the same smooth service. The room came with coffee, tea, biscuits and a minibar, just right and more than I expected. Free parking was well managed, as you'd expect. I rarely find a hotel that deserves five stars, but this one does. Thx.
