Karen at the Sunray was wonderful to deal with when my family had a medical emergency, and she was so accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great amenities for guests with mobility impairments. Thanks so much. I won’t book anywhere else.

We had a very happy extended stay at the Sunray. The room was spacious, the bathroom huge, and the pool was always spotless. There’s a great, secure pet area around the side and back, with no prickles or nasty weeds, so my pup could sniff around and do his business at leisure. We’ll definitely stay again.

The housekeeper was kind and helpful, and the owner had us booked in very quickly when we needed somewhere to relocate from our Gold Coast home during the Cyclone. We’d only arranged four nights at very short notice, but could bring our beloved dog thanks to the pet-friendly room. When the cyclone’s development was delayed and we weren’t sure if we’d need more time, the owner had already blocked off extra days in case, which was a huge relief and much appreciated. We had a lovely experience. The rooms smelled nice and were very clean, the bathrooms were spacious and relaxing, and the beds really comfy. It was quiet at night, so we slept well. The place is also close to the main shops and grocery stores. Highly recommend, and thank you for such a positive stay.
