The staff were super friendly, and the room was great value. This lovely place in Toowoomba is pet friendly too, so you can keep your fur baby with you. I’d highly recommend it.

I’m disgusted. We arrived with our kids and found stains all over the beds, maggots in the full bins, and toilets that hadn’t been flushed. Unbelievable. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Good location, but that’s about all this hotel has going for it. Visitors aren’t allowed at all. When it was raining, my friend came by to drop off milk and bread for me and my kids, and they told me to leave...

The complimentary continental breakfast was a big hit with the kids, especially the pancakes, and we’d happily stay here again. We spent two nights in a budget-friendly two-bedroom apartment with a fully working kitchen. The lounge and both bedrooms had Smart TVs, and air conditioning in the main bedroom and lounge was brilliant on the 37°C day we had. The pool was great, with part of it shaded by a cloth. There’s a BBQ too, though we didn’t use it.

The service was so kind and helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay. Our room had lots of space and three beds, plus a kitchen that worked well. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes with maple syrup and coffee. There was a pool with a BBQ right next to it too.
