Altitude Motel

The apartment was quiet, clean, and nicely equipped, with comfortable beds. The shower over the bath could be awkward to get in and out of if you have mobility issues. What lowered my rating was the air conditioner. It smelled strongly of mould, and when I shone a light inside, I could see it was full of mould. That could affect someone who's sensitive to it. We checked out before reception opened, so I didn't get a chance to mention it. I'd have given five stars if the AC systems were properly maintained.

The person I spoke with was rude and disrespectful. We'd booked two nights six months ahead, including Friday so we'd be able to check in early Saturday, and had told them we planned to arrive early. At 8:30 Saturday morning, I received an email asking me to cancel the reservation and confirm it by 8:25. When I called shortly after, they said the room had already been sold. The worst customer service ever. I would never book here again.

I booked at the last minute and was surprised at how good the stay was. The room was spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom and shower, and the bed was really comfy. Shops and various takeaways are an easy walk away. Dhaval was helpful and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend the motel and look forward to coming back.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and each unit had its own little outdoor porch. We stayed three nights with two friends. The manager was accommodating and helped us connect the TV programmes and apps we needed for Netflix and the like. The location was excellent, and having a kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast if we wanted.
