Ruthmor Villas felt like a small house, with lovely design and decor, a nice ambience and a private courtyard. It had almost all the utilities we needed, and the location was very convenient. We enjoyed our weekend there, and the customer service was very good. The lady managing the villas was lovely and extremely helpful. I’d like to stay again.

The value is great, and it’s a five-minute drive to the city. Erich and his family are considerate and go out of their way to make you feel at home. I came here on a reduced long-term rate and am still here. By the end of my project, I’ll have stayed nine weeks, and I brought my dog too. I got a really bad staph infection from the project and was incapacitated, needing a lot of washing for hygiene. Erich and his wife did their best to accommodate that.

We stayed for two weeks in October 2015 and couldn’t believe how central and quiet the apartment was. It had two bedrooms and separate bathrooms, so we didn’t have to share one with the kids. The bed linen was beautiful, and the owners gave us a great discount. My husband played golf around the corner, and we ate at City Golf Club, which was great value. We’ll definitely come again.

After several visits to Toowoomba and a struggle to find suitable apartment-style accommodation, we’ve finally found a place we like. Erich takes obvious pride in how his apartments are presented. Ours was well appointed with everything needed to feel at home, and he made us feel very welcome. Thank you, Erich.

Really nice family vibe, with a spacious, clean place and a very comfortable bed and couch to crash on. They even left us a bottle of wine as a gift. Perfecto place to stay. We’ll definitely come back. Thanks, guys 👍
