White Crest Apartments

We were on the second floor and had a tennis court view, which was really lovely at sunset. The apartments were clean, fresh, and spacious, with great air conditioning and comfy beds. Having a full laundry in the apartment was great after days at the beach or swimming. The pool was lovely, though a little cold when we swam because it didn't get much direct sun. The spa was lovely and warm. The facilities and location were amazing, and we wanted another night, but they were full. There was no excessive noise, apart from voices echoing on the stairs while the elevator was out of service. We knew about that in advance and had been offered a free cancellation. The awesome man at reception carried all our suitcases upstairs, which helped a lot. He was very welcoming, checked in whenever we saw him, and asked if we needed anything.

The owners are the kindest people, and the rooms are beautiful. They provide a cot, baby cutlery, and a high chair, so it's an amazing place to bring children, even as a family. I'd highly recommend it to anyone. Best place in hervey bay 100%.

We had plenty of space and it was really good value. Our top-floor apartment in the four-floor complex had a main bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite, a second queen bedroom, and a third room with two single beds. There was another main bathroom nearby, along with a laundry, full kitchen, and an awesome balcony for enjoying the sun. The room was very clean and well stocked, including dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder. There's an undercover car park below and extra parking behind the hotel. Facilities include a pool, family room, tennis court, and more. The lovely couple who run the place looked after us and our stay really well. We'll come back.

A great place for a holiday. The hospitality was excellent, the kind that comes from years of experience.
