The cooked breakfast was excellent, and the owners were friendly and very hospitable. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for a few nights, including a separate bathroom. Since it’s on a major road, we appreciated being given a room at the back; traffic noise may be an issue in a front room. It was definitely good value.

The pricing felt predatory and exploitative, and not professional. They advertised $240 per week on Gumtree, but after showing me the room, they said it would be $290. I didn’t take it. There’s no fixed price list or clear pricing, so be careful. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was super hot. I’d recommend staying here.
