There was plenty to choose from, including some good vegan and gluten-free options, and the wine list had a nice range from local wineries. The food and atmosphere made for an enjoyable meal. Our waitresses were cheerful and really helpful. We'll definitely be back.

We could easily walk there from town, and the dining room had a lovely outlook. Our extended family enjoyed a three-course meal at The Elms restaurant, Tumbarumba Motel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and both the service and food were great. The GF and vegan desserts deserve a mention: sticky date pudding, home made coconut ice cream, and a berry meringue.

The bathroom was spacious, and the place was clean and close to town. But I had to ask for a coffee cup, and there was no metal cutlery. I was also told what temperature to set the oil heater to. With temperatures at zero, the lack of electric blankets wasn't great.

We slept really comfortably, with comfy beds and proper doonas. The room was large, warm, and spotlessly clean, and the shower was hot and powerful. We didn't see any staff during our stay. A microwave would've been handy, since we arrived on a Sunday when nothing in town was open.

The meals were exactly what our group needed and exceeded our expectations. The team at Tumbarumba motel hosted over 50 people for the RFDS recently, and we were very happy with their service. Thank you, we'd highly recommend them!
