Ingenia Holidays Ulladulla

We recently booked a big family get together and the staff were amazing. Sophie was such a trooper with all the swaps and changes, nothing was a bother. The park was perfect, and who doesn’t love a water slide? The BBQ facilities were top notch, large, and undercover. Would love to see a pickleball court mapped out in the tennis court 🙏🙏

We’ve just finished two weeks at the park on a powered site with our 21ft caravan. Some of the sites have a really steep slope, and we weren’t told about it when booking, so people could arrive unprepared. A few caravan and camping sites also sit right beside multiple large bins. On hot days most were left open, and the smell carried through the park. For the price, especially in peak periods, the park was disappointing and needs some TLC, particularly the toilets and bathrooms. There’s no ventilation, not even a ceiling fan, so showers make the rooms uncomfortably hot and stuffy. The ceiling has obvious mould, likely because of the poor ventilation. The fans above the toilets do nothing, as they’re covered in dust, as shown in the attached pictures.

The water slides were a big hit with our small to medium kids, and yass, there’s even a full squash court! We stayed in a roomy two bedroom deluxe villa, and the cabins are in a lovely green area. The park facilities were very well maintained, and the staff exceptionally nice. Two camp kitchens are spread around the holiday park, and the fire pit was fabulous. The camping site is a bit of a wind channel, and some trees for shade there would have been wonderful. The sauna was advertised as 18+, but children or teenagers were constantly in it. That’s down to parents not supervising or taking the rules seriously, not really a park issue. No biggie, though.

The cabin area was especially quiet and relaxing, and we’d love to come back in the future. This was our first camping trip, and we picked Ingenia Ulladulla for a special holiday together. The first night was unpleasant, but when we spoke to the staff the next day, they were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. Sophie and her colleagues showed real care and professionalism, which completely turned our stay around and let us enjoy the rest of our time. We’re very grateful to the Ulladulla team. 🏕️
