Rachael made us feel so welcome, and the facilities were fantastic for travelling with our pet Pomeranian. We had a wonderful stay.

Large rooms, great prices and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

After driving eight hours, I was hoping to get some sleep, but I was told I couldn’t use the room I’d booked through Expedia. I’d chosen the pet-friendly option because I had a puppy with me, whom I’d travelled 13 hours to pick up. Why would I pick that room if I didn’t have a pet? The woman on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She immediately berated me for not noticing that I had to tell them I’d bring a “pet” to a “pet friendly” room. I stuttered in shock, and she thought I said “uh oh.” Then she said, “uh oh is right isn’t it?” and “It clearly states on the website bla bla bla…” I wonder if they’ll refund my money. I bet they won’t. Luckily, 7 Inn motel really was pet friendly, and they booked us a room without questions for our perfectly quiet puppy.

The reception setup felt impersonal, with the entrance closed and guests speaking through a small window. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. My stay was already paid for, but she insisted I write down my credit card number for their system. I refused for obvious security reasons, and she kept pushing. Eventually she reluctantly gave me the key. Just before that, she nearly said something extremely inappropriate, then caught herself, but it was clear enough to leave a very bad impression. I stayed one night, and the experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
