Quality Inn Carriage House

The place was spotless, well kept, and the lawns and grounds were tidy. Staff were super friendly, which were the two things that stood out most to me. I stayed Sunday night for work and found the rooms spacious, with modern bathrooms, comfortable beds and all the convenience items you’d expect. The carpark is roomy, with an in-ground pool in the centre. It’s just off the highway with little to no traffic noise. Everything worked and was in great condition. I highly recommend the Carriage House.

A simple motel with comfortable beds and a nice pool area. Most other parts of the room were satisfactory, and the location was good, with an easy drive to local eateries and attractions. The bathroom was off-putting, though: the sink had unpleasant gunk in it, and there were dirty marks on the tiles. The walls are very thin too.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the Wi-Fi was good, and the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The place is starting to look a little tired, but the friendly, accommodating staff made the biggest impression. They welcomed my assistance dog and couldn’t have been more helpful. I travel a lot, and that isn’t always how it goes. I’d absolutely stay again.

There was a separate living area with a sofa, desk, and a table for two, and the room itself was a good size. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and everything was clean, though there was a definite musty smell. It felt more like a motel or somewhere for a short stop. The restaurant food was okay, but the sweet chili chicken was so hot that I had to wipe the sauce off because my mouth went numb. Both TVs were out, and after I told reception, nobody came to fix them. The WiFi kept dropping in and out.
