Thanks for a wonderful stay. Our room was a 10/10, really clean, and the blackout blinds gave us an amazing sleep. Jillian at the front desk was so helpful. I couldn’t find the knives and forks because I hadn’t looked properly, even though they were right above my nose. Jillian apologised and brought me new ones without hesitation. I had to admit the original ones had been there all along. I think Jillian knew, but didn’t argue with me. I was tired after a big drive, and that kindness made my stay awesome. I’ll definitely come back on my way back. Thanks again, Gayle.

The room was very clean and laid out well for the essentials, with a breakfast bar, bar fridge, seats and a coffee table. After a hot day of driving, the pool was a welcome bonus, and you can see it from the rooms.

The room was better than I expected. I’ve stayed in quite a few motels over the last four weeks, and this was a 10/10. The bed was comfy, everything was beautifully clean, and we had all we needed. The location was great, with everything we needed close by. The people I believe were the owners greeted us and chatted with us for quite a while before we went to our room. They were a lovely couple. Thanks for an amazing room.

At 10:02, with my baby and toddler with me and all our bags packed, a man started banging on the door and yelling for us to get out, saying we’d only paid until 10 a.m. I said we were literally walking out, and he stormed off swearing. We’d stayed one night and arrived at 8 p.m. I can’t believe guests, especially a family with a baby and child, were treated that way. The yelling and swearing were appalling, and I give this place a zero. We’ve stayed all over the countryside down to Melbourne and back, and every other hotel treated us with respect. The reply to my review, which felt like gaslighting, only reinforced my view of the people running the place. Don’t give them your money. There are plenty of other places that deserve your business and will treat you with care and respect.

The room was nice and clean, and the staff were lovely. They made checking in by ourselves super easy. Couldn’t ask for much more from a motel.
