BIG4 Wangaratta North Cedars Holiday Park

We spent three nights here and had a good time. The cabin rooms were fresh, clean and well stocked, and both the other guests and staff were friendly. We enjoyed using the pool and shared kitchen a few times. We’ll certainly consider coming back. Thanks!

The grounds were kept extremely well, and reception was lovely when I needed to change my booking. Our two-bedroom deluxe cabin was spotless, with comfortable beds, nice sheets and very clean bedding. It’s the best caravan park we’ve stayed at. We’ll definitely be back, thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The camp kitchen was practical and well laid out, and the ensuite was nice and useful. The shower floor slopes the wrong way, so water pools near the door, and a handle inside would make it easier to close. The pool was clean, but too cold for us, and there’s a lovely little kids’ playground right by the bike track. Road noise carried through the night, as you’d expect from the location, though the kids didn’t notice once asleep. The speed bumps were rough even at crawling speed. The bore water was a letdown, and I hadn’t seen that mentioned before arriving. A lovely little park overall, and I’d recommend it for a Wangaratta stopover.

The best part of the overnight stop was the 500-metre walk up the back road to the Vine Hotel. The food was fabulous and the customer service was the best. We were travelling home to Southern Victoria after eight weeks on the Sunshine Coast, and this was an easy park to access. It was neat and tidy, with grassed sites still in good condition after all the rain, and very clean amenities.
