We had a bath in the shower, which came in handy, and having two bedrooms worked really well. The kids loved the place too. We stayed in January and wished we could have made the visit longer. It was clean and tidy, with useful facilities including a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave.

The reception staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We appreciated the complimentary coffee in the room and the Wi-Fi was good. My wife and I had a great one-night stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We’d gladly recommend this motel, an easy five stars from us.

After a long day, it was great to have a quiet and convenient room in the middle of town. City Heart Motel is close to shops and cafes, and the room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Check-in was easy, and the stay was good value. I’d highly recommend it. If you want a ground-floor room, ask ahead.

We first stayed here 34 years ago for our honeymoon and came back for old times’ sake. The owner was very friendly and helpful on the phone. We found the rooms clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a couple of nights. The bed was very comfy, the shower was great, and walking into town was easy. We’d be happy to stay again.

Rob and Jenny were so kind and welcoming, and added to the warm atmosphere. The motel was cosy, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed and a handy location. It was also good value. We had a wonderful stay, would happily return and recommend it.
