We had dinner at the Cally both nights and were extremely happy with the fantastic food and extensive wine list. Jo, Lucas and the rest of the staff made us feel like locals, with genuine, old fashioned hospitality. We stayed midweek for two nights with three mates on a golf trip. It’s a charming hotel full of character. The rooms were adequate, with comfortable beds, a TV and split system. The male and female amenities are communal, clean, and have hot showers with excellent pressure. Thanks, we’ll definitely be back next year 👍

The food was amazing, and we loved the place so much that we visited three times. We were treated fantastically, including being given a prime spot to watch the Rugby.

My daughter felt so comfortable and happy in the beer garden that she wanted to come back the next day. She has special needs and insisted our dog come with us to every meal out. The owner was so accommodating, even opening the beer garden for us in the rain. My daughter said, “the Cally has the best hot chips”. Thanks for making room for my family and dog.

The Cally has a chilled vibe in both the bar and dining area, and the food is great. It’s in a handy central spot. Definitely recommend dropping in for after-work drinks or taking home a tray of their delicious lasagne to feed the family. It’s the best!! 😋

We’ve stayed here for the second year in a row and can’t fault it. The bedrooms have everything you need, especially for the cost, and the bathrooms are clean. Lucas is an exceptional host. We’ll be back next year for our annual record fair.
