We had a blast over the 2025 Labour Day weekend, six adults and two kids, and spent most of our time in the amazing heated pool. The accommodation was clean and very nice, and the beds were comfortable. There was heaps to do, from the games room with its 8 ball table, table tennis, dart board, and television to the tennis court, lovely grounds, kids' playground, and a trampoline for the little ones. The beach is right next door and easy to get to, and the kids could feed scraps to the chooks. We'd absolutely come back, we all had so much fun. Hopefully we weren't too noisy for the owners! One thing that would've helped with a big group was a four-slice toaster, but we were happy to take turns with the two-slice one.

The beach is right out the back door, and the hosts were flexible and generous. The facilities were excellent, and we had a great stay. Local amenities are 3 km away, so the local shop isn't within walking distance for milk. Hobart is 20 minutes away, the airport 10 minutes, and Richmond 15 minutes.

The room was clean, the host was friendly, and there was lots of useful gear. The beach is just a minute's walk away.
