Merilyn was a wonderful hostess, and the breakfasts were great. I stayed at La Riviera on a recent trip to Hobart, in a luxurious room with lovely furnishings and a great view across the Derwent River. The accommodation was excellent, and I'd highly recommend it.

I usually don't write reviews, but La Riviera deserves an exception. Merylyn is a wonderful hostess, and honestly, nowhere else on our vacation gave us a better breakfast. The accommodation was absolutely great. I can warmly recommend it to everyone.

Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Merilyn made us feel very welcome and did everything she could to make the stay great. The views over the Derwent river were beautiful too. We couldn't fault this bnb and would recommend it to friends and family.

The breakfast was the best meal I've had in ages, and everything here feels done with love. Stunning place, spectacular views and service, nothing to fault. I can't wait to stay again. 20/10!

Only 25 minutes to Hobart, and close to wineries, eating places, mona, Mt field and bonorong park. Great value for money, excellent service and a magnificent breakfast.
