The view was absolutely fabulous, and it helped make up for a disappointing stay. Getting in was frustrating because the instructions were incomplete. Inside, I found dirt on the floor, a square of toilet paper left behind, and dust everywhere. There was no coffee either, which would have been a nice touch. I’d hoped for better service and housekeeping. With more care put into cleaning and looking after guests, this place could be amazing.

I haven’t been able to get in touch with the estate. No one has answered the landline or replied to emails for weeks, so I can’t make an event booking or ask about accommodation.

Amanda made our stay at Bellview Estate so easy, helping with anything we needed and even putting breakfast essentials in the cabin. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, private and homely, with a fantastic view down the valley. The property is stunning, with green rolling hills, trees and birds all around. We had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to come back. Incredible!!!

The grounds are beautifully cared for, with lovely walks and places to explore. The cabins are well positioned for getting to Bilpin and Mt Tomah, and the area’s poor reception was honestly a welcome chance to put the phone away and enjoy local activities. Our cabin was spacious, well fitted and had good amenities. The staff were wonderful and very helpful.

The accommodation worked perfectly for our family and friends, with really comfortable beds and pillows. The view was spectacular, and leaving was hard. We held our wedding at Bilpin in The Secret Circle, and it felt like such a special, magical place. Guests called it a “fairy glen,” a “woodland wedding” and an “enchanted garden.” The staff were warm, friendly, professional and thorough. Sue made sure we felt comfortable and that everything ran smoothly, and Kim was wonderful too. I can’t thank everyone enough. With gratitude and love, Tash & Rich xoxo
