Our kid had a great time feeding the farm animals and collecting the hens’ unfertilized eggs. The place also made a good base for our Blue Mountains trip, with plenty of nearby places and activities to visit. The roomy space was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the room was comfy. The pillows were very nice too. I’d recommend it!

The farm animals were a real highlight of our stay. The chickens, alpaca, goats and adorable Shetland pony added so much fun and charm. Our group of craft friends spent three nights at Bilpin Country Lodge for our annual scrapbooking retreat, and it was our first year at BCL. Michael set us up with plenty of desk space, great lighting and enough heating to stay comfortable and productive over the three days. The welcome was warm, the accommodation was comfortable and well maintained, and the rural setting made it easy to unwind. This certainly won’t be our last visit. Thanks, Michael, for helping make the retreat so wonderful. We can’t wait to return next year!

Mike was a wonderful host, and we’re grateful for the memories he helped us make. We had the whole Bilpin Country Lodge to ourselves and felt right at home during our two nights. There was plenty to do both inside and out: the kids and adults enjoyed kayaking, swimming in the pond, fishing for yabbies, feeding the animals, using the spa pool and playing piano. The huge indoor activity room had a trampoline, basketball and table tennis too. There are walks nearby and cute places to buy food and drinks. We could easily have stayed longer and would love to come back. Highly recommend a visit!

Feeding the animals twice a day was such a joy. Denton, the fluffy brown alpaca, Spock and Fudge the friendly goats, Charlie Brown the miniature pony, and the chickens made it extra special. The chickens also gave us fresh eggs each day, and my youngest granddaughter loved collecting them in her little basket. My daughter, three grandchildren and I had a wonderful few days at Bilpin Springs Country Lodge, enjoying its peace and natural beauty. There was something for all ages: canoeing on the dam, bushwalking along a private track to a tyre swing, using the playground and swimming in the heated outdoor spa. The all-weather games room has a trampoline, basketball hoop and table tennis. The Lodge feels homely, is simply but beautifully furnished and well maintained, and has spacious indoor and outdoor areas. We enjoyed the covered verandas for dining and the view across the property. It’s also set up well for pets, with secure kennels and room to run, and the property is fenced. Mike was friendly, welcoming and informative, and clearly takes pride in making the place enjoyable for any occasion. It was a lovely country escape. Well done, Mike, and thank you.

The kitchen was well stocked, so we could make our own breakfast, and we got fresh eggs every day. We had a lovely time feeding the alpaca, donkeys, pony and chickens. The fireplace was a hit, and our baby loved running around and playing on the trampoline and at the playground.
