Coco was such a warm, welcoming host, and breakfast was amazing, with generous portions. The rooms are spacious and have a lovely vintage feel. The setting in an old bank is gorgeous. Can’t wait to stay again!

Breakfast was fantastic, and Robyn was lovely. She also shared some recommendations for our daily exploring. The carefully chosen furniture suits the 1920s building perfectly and gives the place a lovely atmosphere. We’ll come again.

Coco, the manager, looked after us and made a great coffee. Breakfast was fantastic too. It’s dog friendly, set in an amazing old BANK NSW building, with a pub just three doors down and very friendly locals. We’ll be back.

The Bank Guesthouse turned out to be a hidden gem. From outside I wasn’t sure about it, but once I stepped in, I was blown away by the welcoming hosts and beautifully appointed rooms. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. My family and I ended up there while escaping bushfires, and we’ve promised ourselves we’ll return when we have more time to enjoy it. The surrounding town of Wingham looks interesting too, and the local RSL next door has cheap drinks and meals. Highly recommended!

We stopped in a couple of Saturdays ago for “free tea and scones” and ended up talking with Jeff until closing. It was such an enjoyable afternoon. As a pastor, I meet people from all walks of life, and Jeff really stands out. He’s the kind of person I’d want as a brother. We’re looking forward to coming back with our schnauzer and heading north again, if only for Jeff’s kindness. All the best with your new adventure!
