We first stayed at this beautiful, well-kept place and went home feeling rested. The grounds, toilets, showers and kitchen were clean, it was quiet, and the beach was just across the road. We saw cassowaries, wallabies and plenty of birdlife. My partner and I were already talking about coming back, and on 21/01/2023 we returned to the same spot for our honeymoon. After four days of lovely weather, the rain flooded us. The people here immediately moved us to a lovely unit so we could carry on with our honeymoon. Once everything had dried out, we enjoyed the rest of the week. The unit had everything we needed, was clean, air-conditioned, quiet and private. I’ve added photos. We loved it. Thanks for making our honeymoon special. We’ll be back for our anniversary! Highly recommend.

We had a great five-night stay here as a family of two adults and two kids. The staff were friendly and professional, and the swimming pool was great for the children. Our campsite was spacious and tidy, and the bathrooms were clean and roomy. The park is opposite Wongaling beach, nicely placed between Mission beach and South Mission beach. You can ride bikes into Mission beach, about 7 km away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The showers and toilets have been the cleanest we've come across so far, and the place feels the most up to date too, from the hand dryer to the washers and dryers. The chicken parmigiana is worth recommending as well.

A lovely spot for winter, with friendly, helpful staff, welcoming fellow guests and dogs allowed. Book early, as it fills with people coming up from the southern states for warmer weather.
