The view is beautiful and the setting is quiet and scenic, and it’s a safe place with useful amenities like a fridge and washing facilities. The property was clean and fully equipped, but the beds, sofas and other furniture were old, and the place lacked living comfort. The one-bedroom unit is only suitable for a couple, not kids. On very hot days there isn’t enough cooling, so I’d bring your own fan. I couldn’t sleep on the mattresses, and the limited, uncomfortable seating made it hard to spend time indoors. It’s 11 k from Apollo bay market and within reach of local beaches. There’s open parking and a games room on the property, but it had lots of daddy long legs and dust. It doesn’t seem to be cleaned regularly, so it may not suit anyone with allergies. For the price, I think you can get more. I’d give it three stars, as the view was what drew me in.

The host provided a clean property and all the services as promised, which made for a relaxing holiday. It’s right next to the beach, with chill out spots on the property where you can enjoy morning coffee and the beach view.

We had a wonderful 4 day 3 night stay. After a long day of trekking, the spa felt like a real luxury, and falling asleep to the crashing waves made the atmosphere even better. The room was very clean and had everything we needed to cook. The view is simply gorgeous. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
