It looked just like the photos, and everything was clean and well kept. The staff were pleasant and helpful. There’s a choice of stairs or lifts, and I could walk to the places I needed to go. Parking is available for $22 a day. The bed was comfortable, and I’ll choose this place again next time I visit Adelaide.

The room was a quiet retreat, even though we were right in the middle of everything. Rundle Mall, the Convention Centre and some great West End cafes were all within walking distance. For the price, the value at BreakFree Adelaide is hard to beat. Housekeeping stood out most: after a long day exploring, it was lovely to return to a room that had been cleaned and refreshed so well.

The location is great and the rooms are fairly reasonable for the cost. Cleanliness was disappointing, though: there were beard clippings on the bathroom wall when I checked in. After room service, I found my things on the bathroom floor. It looked as if the cleaner may have accidentally dropped my toiletry bag, then didn’t pick everything up and put it back.

The Manager and Receptionists were polite and very helpful, and I had a pleasant stay at BreakFree. The apartment was bright and clean, with well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. I was happy with my stay and would recommend it. Thank you for making it enjoyable.

The staff were incredible. My youngest daughter is autistic, and one receptionist in particular was an absolute gem with her. I wish I’d got her name. Thank you for being so kind to my daughter and making her day every time she saw you.
