Premalaya

The location is great, but the service didn’t match the price. There was no personal welcome, and our room was dirty and poorly maintained. The couch had a large hole, and one bed still had the previous guests’ hair and smell. The ice baths weren’t monitored to make sure hygiene practices were followed, and animal droppings weren’t cleaned up, so the smell kept lingering. We expected a high-end wellness retreat, but it felt more like a budget bush camp. Very disappointing.

I’ve been at Premalaya for a week and haven’t felt this relaxed in ages. The apartment is super cute and has everything we need, including a full kitchen and laundry. The on-site facilities are great, especially the new, large sauna with room for workshops and movement. I did breathwork there this morning, a perfect start to the day. Hayley and Scott have devoted the last 10 years, maybe longer, to this land, and you can feel how much care and love they’ve put into it. The staff are all friendly and helpful, with a real family feel. It’s near lots of beautiful beaches, too. I really can’t ask for more. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had such a relaxing, wholesome weekend, thanks to the Premalaya family! We arrived on a sunny afternoon to a lovely apartment, then went down to the communal verandah. Our hosts greeted us there, with two warm open fires, comfy homely rocking chairs and couches, and the sounds of the bush all around. The sauna and ice bath were incredible. It’s such a welcoming place, and really convenient for everything we wanted, including Injidup spa, wineries and breweries. Thanks, Scott and Hayley, for welcoming us to your amazing property. The bed felt like a floating cloud, and I slept so well. We’ll make this a regular stop for our getaways down south 🙏💕

The sauna and ice plunge are fantastic, especially in such a beautiful setting. The host brought lovely energy to the place, and I really enjoyed my time at Premalaya. Already looking forward to coming back. Thank you 🙏
