The rooms have beautiful views down the hill into the gardens, and there's a lovely path through to Yallingup Beach. Set off to one side of Caves House Hotel, they're large and well appointed. Out front, the gardens are stunning, with a big grassy area and barbecue tables.

Our apartment was fab, though bigger than we needed. It was the last room available, and the balcony looked over lovely gardens. Chris was friendly and gave us a bottle of wine when we arrived. We booked directly with the hotel because it was cheaper. There's no restaurant or bar at the hotel, but Caves hotel next door has both, and there's a shop nearby. A wonderful place to stay if you're in the area :-)

The steps were too much for my partner, so we had to leave early. Keep that in mind if stairs might be a problem. Booking.com had us down for a ground floor room, but reception said that wasn't guaranteed and that we could move the next day.

We love coming back here and always leave feeling relaxed. Our one bedroom apartment is spotless and has a well stocked kitchen, and we like winding down on the balcony after exploring, watching wildlife in the garden and hearing the ocean in the distance over a glass of wine. It's peaceful but still close to attractions, and the local pub is right on the doorstep if you don't want to drive. It has a warm atmosphere and great food. We'd highly recommend it to couples wanting a quiet break.

The apartment had everything we needed for a few days and was well appointed. This was our fourth time at Seashells Yallingup, and again we ended up in the apartment closest to Cave Hotel, which takes away from the advertised chance to relax and unwind. The fire alarm went off around 9 pm this time. We couldn't find any staff, then it abruptly stopped. Some message to let guests know all was clear would have put our minds at ease.
