The air conditioning and ceiling fans were handy, and the place was quiet with a respectful feel. We had our own spa, three beds, and access to a pool and a large shared spa. My older brothers, aged 40-55, stayed at the pac hotel and regretted it because they had to share both a toilet and a bathroom. We thought this place was absolutely amazing and well worth it. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else next visit.

The pool setup was a real highlight, with a great area for adults and a separate pool for kids. Our two-bedroom cabin at Angourie Resort was beautiful, comfortable, and well furnished, and the facilities were excellent. We stayed one night and had a lovely time. The only issue was the second bedroom’s bed, which sagged in the middle and wasn’t comfortable. We’d definitely come back.

Breakfast was probably the best part, with plenty of choice and a relaxed atmosphere. The resort sits in beautiful surroundings, and we spotted lots of birds, lizards, and even a snake. Some areas feel dated, especially the outdoor furniture by the kids’ pool, which could use replacing. Staff weren’t around much, but the ones we met were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was closed on our first night, so we drove into town for dinner; the pool bar did serve lunch, and the food was great with generous portions. Wi-Fi was patchy throughout the site, which didn’t bother me, though it could frustrate anyone who needs a connection. We enjoyed our two nights, but found it a little pricey compared with other places we’ve stayed.

Tides Kitchen is well worth trying. The food was fabulous, and the Pina Colada was the best. Thanks to chef Michael, Shara, and cocktail maker Owen. Lovely setting, a nice pool area, and very friendly staff. 🤗🤗

We had a fabulous holiday here. It’s a relaxing place that works well for families, couples, friends, or a girls’ weekend, and the facilities were great. The Bar was a particular favourite. You could have drinks and food brought over while relaxing by the pool or hot tub.
