Yamba is a lovely place to visit, and we had a great stay at this beautiful resort opposite the beach. We booked at the last minute, but after talking with the staff by phone, they kindly arranged a top-floor apartment with a beach view for our baby moon. We’ll definitely be back.

The view from the balcony was amazing, and the location was great in our two-bedroom oceanfront apartment. Getting up to the third floor by stairs was a challenge. The main bedroom also got really hot in summer, as the only air conditioner is in the lounge and its airflow doesn’t reach the bedroom. A second unit might help, or you could choose to visit in cooler weather.

We spent a week in a two-bedroom, first-floor apartment over New Year and would highly recommend it. Ours had an updated ensuite and air conditioning, which we really appreciated. The furniture was dated but comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped, with excellent linen. The smart TV and Wi-Fi were great too. Communication by SMS was very good, and they cleaned midweek. Being across the road from the beach is great, though it’s a bit of a walk to everything else.

Our apartment at The Sands Resort Yamba was spacious and fully equipped, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful beach view. All the staff were wonderful. Thank you!

We had such a nice weekend getaway. A few days before we arrived, the hotel called and offered us a free upgrade to a top-floor room, which was amazing. The pool and spa were great. Highly recommend.
