The location was great, but apartment 8 was a real disappointment for the nightly price. It felt very outdated, with a grubby lounge and a microwave and fridge that had turned a nasty yellow from their original white. The bathroom vanity had no room for toiletries, and the lighting made putting on makeup almost impossible. There was visible mould in the shower. The old vertical blinds throughout clanged and flapped whenever the ceiling fans or air conditioning were on, which was extremely annoying all night and let light in too. I’d recommend asking not to be put in this apartment.

From our top-floor balcony we had fabulous views of Yamba beach. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and we thoroughly enjoyed being there.
