Echelon Apartments

Apartment 405 was a two-storey place with a stunning view. We loved our time there, including the rather incredible ocean view from the toilet. Wow.

We found a lovely gem on our travels. The water park and beach are right across the road, and cafes and restaurants are easy to walk to. Our spacious, comfortable apartment had a great view, and the staff were lovely. Christie was especially friendly and helpful, including arranging safe parking for our van. Jules, Jim & Anela WA

The roller blind in the main bedroom came out of the ceiling when I tried to raise it, and luckily nobody was hurt. We called after hours and were told they would call back within an hour, but no one did. At 5pm, tired after being up since 3am, we called again. The main bedroom bathroom overlooked a street, so we asked if we could stay the night in that room, use just the other bathroom, and get one night's accommodation refunded, then move the next day. They rejected that request. At 6pm we were moved to another room, after about four hours of dealing with this, and then had to find somewhere to have dinner. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The one good thing was that the blind didn't injure us.

We stayed in an apartment at Echelon from the 10th September to the 13th September, right at the front with great views. It was reasonably clean, but during our four nights there we weren't offered even a clean towel. I expected some kind of room service, but there wasn't any.
