La Dolce Vita Apartments

We were delighted with this beautiful condo. The room was tastefully decorated, comfortable, private, and secure, and housekeeping cleaned it beautifully every day. We also loved the pool, though Arashi beach, one of the island's nicest, is only minutes away. We can't imagine finding a better place to stay in Aruba. Highly recommend!

We stayed at La Dolce Vita for three days after four nights at a Marriott, and the peaceful atmosphere and pool were a lovely change. Fulvia and her momma were wonderful hostesses. The pool was so clean and refreshing, and the little kitchen saved us money. It was a short morning walk to beautiful beaches that were much less crowded than the "Palm Beach" area. Fresh flowers were placed on our table every morning. Such a pleasant stay, I can't wait to return!

There's good snorkeling up the road toward the lighthouse, about a 10-12 minute walk, so bring a mask. The ocean is about 5-9 minutes away on foot. Pool towels are provided, but bring or buy a beach towel. The kitchenette was adequate, and we ate most meals in the apartment, going out once a day. Ling and Sons or SUPER FOODS have groceries like home. The place is quiet, clean, and modern, with nice tile, comfortable beds, good breezes, and AC that works great. The pool is pristine and big enough for a few laps, and the owner is helpful and quick to respond. There are about 45 TV channels, including ESPN, CNN, BBC, CBS, and several cartoon channels, but no NBC or premium channels. Hotels and casinos are a walkable 15-20 minutes away. Public transport is available, though renting a car is a good idea.
