White Lotus Retreats

The outdoor area is comfortable and really well done. We also appreciated having camping chairs, though they aren’t beach chairs, and a cooler. The two-bedroom suite was comfortable for the price, but it needs maintenance and some of the amenities feel cheap. The service was the biggest disappointment. There was no coffee or bottle opener, and just three rolls of toilet paper for seven nights. When we asked for more, we were told to buy it ourselves. We also think there might have been bed bugs. We’re not sure, but it’s something the owners should check. I do recommend the place, with that warning.

The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable, and affordable, with air conditioning and a full kitchenette. It’s a quiet, safe area near Super Food Plaza, attractions, and popular food spots. I’d recommend having a car, since walking can feel like a long way in the heat or at night.

The pool was great, and everything was very clean. We had a really enjoyable stay at the White Lotus. It’s near everything, but you’ll need a car. The complex is new, so there are a few small kinks to work out before it’s amazing. Our complaints were the loose door lock and the cheap kitchen utensils that kept coming apart. There were only hangers for clothes, so a cabinet would help. Augustin, the manager, was quick to respond whenever we had a question or request and was very helpful. We’d definitely come back, and we’re looking forward to seeing what else they add to the complex.

Agustin, the property manager, was always available, provided great service, and helped with our needs and recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay at White Lotus and hope to return one day. The unit was spacious, with comfortable beds, nice furniture, a fully stocked kitchen, and clean accommodations. The pool area and grounds were beautiful. It was great value, and the location worked perfectly for us, close to Eagle or Palm beaches, Super Foods Plaza, and plenty of restaurants.
