Cadushi Apartments

The apartment was huge and had everything we needed for a short or longer stay. The living room had a TV, sofa set, and coffee table, and there was a dining area and a kitchen equipped for up to four people. It had pots, pans, spoons, a new refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and electric stovetop. Sugar, tea, and coffee were supplied; oil, salt, and pepper would have been a nice extra. The bedroom had a comfortable bed, safe, iron, and closet. The modern bathroom came with shampoo and body wash, though we had to bring toothpaste and other oral care products. The cleaning lady was very sweet. The property is gated, well maintained, and peaceful, with lovely trees, a pool, BBQ, and a small sitting area just outside the apartment. Check-in went smoothly. The Wi-Fi could be better, but otherwise no complaints. Cadushi apartments also offers breakfast and dinner. You can park a rental car outside, and John helped us book with Amigo car rental, so we didn’t have to worry about arranging one when we arrived. The location is close to the airport, grocery stores, and restaurants. It’s an exact ten-minute walk to Surf side beach, which we preferred to Aruba’s more crowded beaches, and a twenty-minute walk to downtown Oranjestad and the cruise ship area. For the price, I’d give it 10/10.

Airbnb canceled on me at the last minute, so I contacted Cadushi Apartments directly. They assured me the room was still booked. The property was cute, clean, and spacious enough for my eight-day stay. They’d put a cake, birthday balloons, and a bottle of wine in the room, all arranged for photos when I walked in. They cleaned daily and left fresh beach and shower towels. I’d definitely stay here again.

Tourists I know arrived at about 21.30, but nobody was there to welcome them, tell them which room they had, or hand over the keys. They’d booked for three people and were given one bedroom and one sofabed in the living room, with no sheets, pillows, or anything for it.

I stayed in apartment #4 in this lovely complex of around six separate apartments. It was thoughtfully designed and had all the amenities to feel like home. The place is private and secure, with a swimming pool. They clean every day, and it’s close to major attractions and restaurants.
