The service exceeded my expectations, and I felt welcome throughout my visit. Gold Perla De Mar Hotel Baku was comfortable, very clean, and beautifully maintained. My spacious, quiet room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast had a good range of fresh, delicious food, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I’d highly recommend it and would happily stay again.

The peaceful atmosphere and excellent service made my trip unforgettable. My room at Perla de Mar Hotel was spacious and very clean, and the staff were always polite and welcoming. I’ll definitely choose the hotel again.

2/10
The rooms are barely acceptable, but the hotel’s disregard for guest privacy and rest makes the place completely unacceptable. After our stay, we discovered they had posted 10/10 reviews in our names on Booking.com without consent. They photographed our booking details at check-in and used them to access our accounts. The reviews are suspiciously perfect 10/10 scores, which seems to be their standard practice. There’s also a sewage smell in the ground floor rooms and no soundproofing, so reception noise carries straight into the rooms. Staff played Instagram videos at full volume late at night, then loud conversations from 6:30 AM woke us. Do NOT stay here.
