I could easily walk from the hotel to Nizami street, with lots of shops and statues and fountains in the parks along the way. It’s right in the city. The staff were professional and accommodating, the rooms clean, and breakfast was very good, with plenty of meals to choose from. There were about 12 tables.

We stayed in Rooms 101 and 201 from February 16-19. The hotel is handy for getting around, close to malls, Nizami Street, and other tourist attractions. The receptionists were warm, approachable, and gave excellent customer service. When we had trouble communicating with the waiter, Seyid/Syed at reception stepped in to handle our orders. He was responsible, patient, kind, and helped with everything we needed. His service went beyond what we expected. I highly recommend this hotel for tourists. From 🇦🇪 and 🇵🇭

We stayed here for almost our whole trip to Baku, from Feb 25 to Mar 5. Housekeeping did a great job, and the rooms were completely clean. The food choices were limited, but still reasonable for the room package. Thank you to DANIEL, who was in charge of reception and the restaurant. Sorry if I spelled your name wrong. He was approachable and attentive to all our requests. Your smile makes you perfect as the face of the hotel. Thanks, and until our next visit to BAKU 🫶

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff, was attentive and quick to respond to requests. At Aksent Hotel, the service felt both professional and personal from the moment I arrived. The staff were warm and welcoming, and made me feel valued.
