The location was a real plus, and the staff were warm and helpful. They even sorted out directions at 4am with a Bolt driver. For a night or two, it can work well. The room setup was a letdown. We booked a two-bedroom family suite, but were given one family room with three beds. That description was misleading, and we ended up in two separate rooms that we could have booked for less. The accommodation simply didn't match what was advertised. There’s also a lot of wear that needs attention. The bathrooms were in poor shape, some furniture was damaged, the hairdryer was broken, and the showers leaked badly. The mattress was uncomfortable, with springs you could feel, the pillows were unpleasant, and the linen seemed old. At breakfast, we ordered coffee thinking it was included and only found out afterward that there was an extra charge. If we’d known, we probably wouldn't have ordered the filtered coffee, which wasn't very good anyway. The helpful staff and good location couldn't make up for the room condition and inaccurate suite description.

We had to find another hotel at short notice because the dust in the rooms was a health concern for us, and changing rooms didn't improve things. The rooms were dusty, smelled bad, and had serious defects, including the bed. They also looked nothing like the pictures. Getting there was a problem too. Our airport transfer driver demanded extra money during the trip, refused to take us all the way, and left us several blocks away. The hotel was already hard to locate, which made that especially unpleasant. Given what happened, we were frustrated that a refund wasn't offered, or was refused. Sadly, this was a very disappointing stay and I can't recommend it.
