Breakfast had a great range and quality, and the facilities and room service were truly outclass. Everything was organized and well maintained during my amazing stay at Arium Hotel Baku. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful the whole time. Special thanks to Uzair for being exceptionally kind and cooperative. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Baku!

The food tasted okay, though I expected more variety and choice from a 4-star hotel. Otherwise, it was a good experience, and I'd consider coming back. I stayed here with my family, and the calm, relaxing atmosphere made it comfortable for us. The room was very clean, and the hotel felt safe and well maintained. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their good English made it easy to communicate.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and most spoke really good English and tried to assist. The hotel is on a busy street, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It's a small tower with only a few rooms on each floor, and the rooms feel very cramped. I'd suggest staying no more than one night. The restaurant is okay. Breakfast runs from 7-11 AM and is mostly English muffins and the usual things.

The room was clean and the bed really comfortable. The staff were kind, friendly, and went out of their way to help throughout my stay. Mr. Farid, Mr. Arhan, and their colleagues made me feel welcome, and I sincerely appreciate their outstanding hospitality. Warm regards and all my best to them 🙏♥️ P.S. I'd like to apologize for leaving the room in a mess on the last day 🥲
