Our large double room was RM245 per night with breakfast included. It was clean and comfortable, the hot shower worked well, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the receptionist was friendly. The Heydar Aliyev Center is within walking distance. Nothing to complain about. TikTok: @shnorsukhairin

We used Bolt taxis to get around the city because of reduced mobility, and rides from the hotel were affordable. My room was large and clean, and the swimming pool was warm and clean too. Staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke English with us. Breakfast was freshly prepared, with a lovely selection of cheeses, meats, eggs, vegetables, fruit, sweets, and breads.

The standout for me was the service. Everyone was professional, approachable, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile or make sure I was comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless, and set up with what I needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well kept, and housekeeping kept everything fresh and tidy each day. Russel Park Hotel offers good value without cutting corners on quality. The lobby and shared spaces were clean, modern, and inviting, and the whole place felt calm, safe, and relaxing. Check-in was smooth, and I was greeted warmly from the moment I arrived. It’s a comfortable choice for leisure or business travel. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Baku.

We stayed for a week, and the rooms were clean, cleaned daily, and restocked with items each day. Breakfast was very good, and the area is convenient for picking up a SIM card, food, and other things. I’m grateful to the front desk for being so attentive and prepared for us foreigners, whether we’d forgotten to exchange cash for Manat or check the plug type before our trip to this convenient city. Thanks, Jay (Jemil?), for being the best at any time of day, even 4 am ;)

Restaurants, cafés, and grocery shops are all an easy walk away, and the location works well for travelers like me taking day trips from Baku, since the roads are less busy. The price is good for what you get. Parking was difficult because the car park is so close to the main road, and some local drivers were inconsiderate, which made it feel unsafe at times. Staff were satisfactory, the room cleaners were friendly, and the restaurant staff were welcoming too. Breakfast choices could be better.
