Service was terrible, and the place felt dirty and disorganized. The AC didn’t work, and there was no way to change the room temperature. There was no manager keeping the staff on track. At breakfast, having no cups, glasses, clean plates, or bowls seemed to be the norm. The showers leaked and cold water pressure was low. Staff weren’t welcoming, and most didn’t speak English or even try to communicate. Rooms had only overhead lights, no lamps. Carpets were dirty everywhere except the lobby, the windows were filthy and some were broken, and the hotel was very noisy. A room service tray sat in the corridor for two days. Definitely not recommended.

Our room looked out toward the beach, and it had everything we needed. The hotel was much neater and cleaner than I expected, and the staff were kind and friendly. The service was okay. Breakfast wasn’t perfect, but it was enough.

The location made it easy to walk to most attractions, and there’s a shisha cafe close by. Our room was spacious and had all the essentials. Breakfast had a wonderful selection, with young staff who kept things efficient and fun. Everyone around the hotel was professional, friendly, and very helpful, especially at reception. The outside view is lovely, and inside, the reception feels airy and welcoming, with beautiful marble and lots of space. CORNICHE HOTEL BAKU is a real gem. I’d happily recommend it to visitors to Baku. Thank you, CORNICHE HOTEL BAKU, for making our stay so special.

The hotel is on Nobel avenue, a short walk from the boulevard along the Caspian sea, and most tourist spots are easy to reach from there. Rooms are on the small side but clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with a nice spread. There’s also a restaurant called 'Aroma' serving Indian and continental food.

During our stay, there was barely any water at the sink, the toilet leaked, and the shower had no hot water. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all over five days. The TV didn’t work either. They emptied the toilet bin once, then left the basket outside the bathroom for us to put back. They also collected our used towels, folded them, and hung them up again as if they were clean.
