I cancelled as soon as I saw the room and found somewhere else to stay. It was so dirty and disorganized that I felt the hotel did not meet basic standards for people to stay there. I’d arrived in Baku late at night expecting a clean, comfortable room, but even getting it ready took an incredibly long time. A truly terrible experience.

We spent the whole day sweating in a hot room because the AC wouldn't work. Even after I complained, the staff made excuses that it would start cooling after 9PM. There was also a big language problem with the hotel staff. Very bad experience 😡😡

The rooms are roomy and nice, but don't expect them to be very clean. And don't rely on breakfast.

I liked being able to unwind in the swimming pool, and enjoyed some of the other dishes too. The breakfast wasn't very tasty, though. The rooms felt quite cosy and the prices were good.

For what it costs to stay here, it's an excellent hotel. The pool is good, and the staff are wonderful, especially manager Almaz.
