Grand Hotel

We stayed at Grand European Hotel Baku from 29th December 2025 to 8th January 2026 as guests from Australia, and it was a very satisfying visit. The varied breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, especially the massage service, one of the best I've experienced. Ms. Ruhieh gave an outstanding, professional massage, and I highly recommend her service. Ms. Elnara looked after our room and was always kind, attentive, and helpful. The reception team were welcoming and supportive too, especially Mr. Kanan, who provided useful information whenever we needed it. The staff were polite and professional throughout. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return to Grand European Hotel Baku.

The rooms were spacious and suited our family well, and the staff were very nice. I had a fantastic stay. Breakfast was good, though it could be better.

Breakfast was good, with a variety of food and drinks, though the restaurant felt a bit small for the number of guests. The hotel is quiet and clean, and the room was medium-sized. There was no shataf in the bathroom, but the toilet is Turkish style, so one isn't really needed.

The place was quiet and felt safe, and the staff were friendly, but the hotel is overrated and not luxurious. The curtains, beds, and pillows were dusty, the sink drained very slowly and was almost clogged, and the shower kept switching suddenly from hot to cold. The buffet was okay, but not to my taste, and the location isn't the best.
