Nizami Street is just a one-minute walk away, with good restaurants nearby. We spent six nights here as a family and had a great time. The buffet breakfast was awesome, and you can have it in your room if you prefer. Management were very cooperative and treated us like family, with extra favors too. Irshad was especially polite and made sure we didn’t run into problems. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We’ll remember these days fondly. Everyone in our family is grateful to Mr. Arshad for such a warm, friendly welcome and reception at the highest level. His professionalism made our time here a real pleasure.

The room was nice, and the hotel is in a quieter spot, a little away from the area with nightclubs. The rate was good too. Staff were friendly and really helpful. I had a great stay and would recommend it if you’re exploring Baku :)

Breakfast was awful, with very few choices and poor quality, and it didn’t feel worth the price. The service at Hazz Hotel was disappointing too: the receptionist was dismissive and unprofessional when we tried to sort out the payment. On arrival, they attempted to charge us more than the price confirmed on Booking. It felt like a scam aimed at guests who might not notice or push back, and we had to insist just to pay the agreed amount. I’d warn people away and look for somewhere more trustworthy. There are serious problems here with honesty and customer service.

Arshad was particularly attentive, offering brilliant service and helping with questions or problems, even when we were outside the hotel. The location is ideal, and it’s a very cute place. All the staff were amazing, and the service was impeccable.
