The property was clean and the location, close to Nizami Street, was great. Service was wonderful, and Mr Riyad in the kitchen was always helpful. Breakfast was good, though vegetarian choices were limited. I had a very good stay at Boutique Hotel Baku, and it was good value for money. The washrooms could use a little updating.

It’s great value for money, with a central location that makes lots of places and amenities convenient to reach. The flexible staff are happy to go out of their way to help with your needs. Special thanks to Elbrus, Ali, and Rovshan.
Rahil at reception made check-in and checkout smooth. He was welcoming, humble, patient with all our questions, and went out of his way to find us one room to relax in while we waited for the other two, since the hotel was full and early check-in wasn’t available. Nabi was courteous, efficient, and supportive throughout the stay as well. The hotel is very conveniently placed, about 50-100 meters from Nizami Street. Breakfast was decent and satisfying, though Indian choices were limited. Vegetarian options included bread, sweet corn, cottage cheese, assorted cheeses, yogurt, coffee, tea, and juices. Riyad at the restaurant was polite and respectful, and gave us another 10-15 minutes to finish breakfast when he noticed we were still eating. Thoughtful service like that made a difference. We had a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality, and would highly recommend it.
The price and location were the two things I liked. Our superior room with a king bed was only about 3x3 meters, and the bed was 180 cm long by 160 cm wide, nowhere near king standards. Cleanliness was only moderate. There’s a remote for the AC, but you have to call reception to have them set it to a specific temperature. Coffee at breakfast costs extra.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the hotel is a nice, cozy place in a prime spot on Nizami Street, Baku. Mr. Adam and Rahil at the front desk were polite, professional, cooperative, and ready to help at any time. A couple of things could be better: we only got two small bottles of water each day, which wasn’t enough, so we had to call reception repeatedly for more. They also didn’t provide a dental kit, which I’d expect at this level. Still, it was a very good stay, and I’d recommend the hotel for a comfortable visit in a central location.
