Hillmond Hotel Baku

The rooms are spacious, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They keep things running smoothly each day. I’m enjoying my stay during the F1 race. The Wi-Fi could be better, but I really appreciate how considerate the staff are, especially that they feed the cats outside. It makes a difference.

Breakfast could use more options. My friend and I found the selection limited, even though the food itself was good. It wasn’t a deal-breaker for the price, and hopefully they’ll expand the choices someday. Hillmond Hotel was a quiet, peaceful place and felt like a hidden gem for travelers on a budget. I wanted an affordable stay without giving up comfort, and it was excellent value. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Javid deserves a special thank you for being so helpful and considerate. If you want a comfortable, budget-friendly place in Baku, this is a great option.

Neighboring room noise is one thing the hotel should deal with. You can hear people quite clearly, and at times it gets frustrating. Even so, my family had a great three-night stay at Hillmond Hotel, and I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a cost-effective, good-value option. Mr. Javid at reception was very friendly and helpful. Ramiz in the restaurant also gave exceptional service, despite a slight communication barrier. The quality was good without costing too much.
