There was nobody available to help with the luggage. The only receptionist who was good was the night shift one. The others didn’t seem to know anything, not because of a language barrier, but because they simply didn’t want to help. I checked out two hours late and was charged 170 manats. If you see the driver go to reception before you, be prepared: you might end up with extra charges without knowing where they came from. It seems they coordinate with drivers and make you pay more.

The cleanliness was poor, there was no bellboy, and the food was bad. They charged me $170 for checking out just two hours late. I’ve stayed at hotels before, so this wasn’t my first experience of one. The receptionist spoke disrespectfully to my driver. I also had problems with the driver provided by the company, and I’ll raise those with the tour company that assigned him. A reputable hotel shouldn’t let its driver treat tourists disrespectfully and exploit them. Special thanks to the receptionist, Zain. I’d never recommend staying here, and I’ll file a complaint with the tour company about the driver, ((Abbass)).

They were helpful even with all our repeated requests, and the place was very clean. I’d recommend the breakfast too. Thanks for a nice stay.

The place isn’t bad, but the service needs work. When I got to my room, it hadn’t been cleaned properly after the previous guest, especially the bathroom. I couldn’t connect to Netflix on the TV in the middle of the night, and there was nobody around to fix it or help. I booked breakfast, but the food was below average.
