I really enjoyed the spa, especially the pool, jacuzzi, and saunas, and the hotel had a peaceful, relaxing feel throughout. Reception staff were welcoming, breakfast had a great selection, and my room was large and comfortable. The location also worked well, right in the center and within walking distance of almost everything interesting in Baku. The downsides were weak shower pressure and no window for ventilation. Even with those issues, I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it.

The complimentary upgrade to a King Executive Room with Lounge Access made an already lovely stay feel even more special. The lounge was peaceful and had one of the best views in the city. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and looked out over Baku and the sea. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help, and the beautiful atmosphere and views exceeded what I expected. I’m very satisfied with the hospitality and would happily recommend Hilton Baku. I’ll definitely return.

Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of high-quality choices, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. The waterfront setting is lovely, with easy access to many city attractions. My only reservation was the room price, which felt quite high. I visited during the World Urban Forum in Baku, so that may have pushed accommodation demand up. Still, the location and service made for a very pleasant stay, and I’d gladly come back.

The food was great, and the room was clean. I was happy with the gym and spa too, and the staff were really kind. Special mention to the lovely team at Sky Grill on the 24th floor. If I’m back in Baku, I’ll definitely stay here again. Well-deserved five stars! Greetings from Hungary. 👏
