Hilton Garden Inn Hotel Baku

The service really made this stay stand out. Fariz, Ikram, and Farhad were friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome and supported. My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and it had everything I needed. The hotel was clean and well managed, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere and a convenient location for getting around Baku. I’d highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Baku and would gladly stay again.

We appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room and the fruit bowl they sent us. The room had the essentials and a coffee machine, plus a sofa bed that was useful as an extra sleeping option, even if it wasn’t very comfortable. The rooms were nice, and service was good throughout. Breakfast was fresh and good, though the selection was limited. The main tourist spots aren’t very close, but the hospitality made our stay enjoyable.

Chinara deserves the biggest mention. She’s exactly what you’d hope for in a Hilton colleague working with guests. I’m a training specialist, and I’d use her as an example of what great service looks like. She’s a star! The whole team at Hilton Garden Inn, Baku has been a delight, with every person genuinely helpful and friendly. At meals, Kayal, Vusal, Shamil and Ayxan work hard to make the experience as good as it can be. Aysel’s cooking is award winning and delicious, and Aygun made sure my wife, Vanessa, who has Coeliac Disease, had lovely Gluten Free food. Parviz’s enthusiasm and attention to detail stand out too. The front desk team are lovely. Both Elvin’s are deeply committed to service, and Fariz has an infectious smile. Arzu is a joy to talk with and takes real pleasure in making guests feel comfortable and relaxed. Seeing her lights up the day. Orkhan, the Night Manager, also deserves recognition for the care he gives guests during the quieter hours.

The hotel was a 10/10, and the country was beautiful, especially in May. The people were great too. Whenever we had an issue, the staff acted quickly and were kind and welcoming from day one. It was my birthday, and they sent up a cake and a beautiful postcard from one of the staff. I can’t remember everyone’s name, but it was a lovely stay. My only complaint is that the lobby didn’t seem to be vacuumed well. I had a small baby who was crawling and kept finding things to put in his mouth. Otherwise, I highly recommend the hotel.
