We ordered the cheeseburger listed on the menu as beef with cheese and fries, but they brought a chicken burger without fries. When my wife said we had ordered beef, they insisted we’d asked for chicken. In the end, they admitted they didn’t have the listed item properly and brought one from outside, but still charged us for it. The menu and the way they handled our request felt misleading and dishonest. There was also confusion about the pool closing time. We’d been told it closed at 10:00 PM, but when my wife went down around 9:15, she was told it would actually close at 9:30 and that no services would be provided. The service was poor, the menu couldn’t be trusted, and the hotel showed no credibility in dealing with customer requests.

The hotel is amazing, with a great view from my room. It’s about 12 minutes from Nizami by bolt or taxi. I was there before new year, though, and getting a bolt was very difficult. Breakfast wasn’t the best, but it was acceptable.

Those large windows gave me a lovely city view when I woke up. My room at Golden Coast was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hospitality was great and the service professional. I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for real comfort.

I loved the beautiful design and all the paintings across the walls, absolutely fantastic. The hotel is very nice and comfortable, and the view from the room is beautiful 😇.

The sea view from the spacious, amazing rooms was great, and Deniz mall is just 5 min away. Service was a bit slow, and there wasn’t much choice at breakfast.
